Changes at HostingLadder.com

It is with much sadness that we announce that Steve Gore the founder of Hostingladder.com is taking a backwards step has decided that he is moving on. Steve will however be in the background for a little while helping out to ensure a smooth transition from the old to new ownership occurs.

Steve has been instrumental in bringing Hostingladder.com to a global community. He has dedicated many hours to ensuring you all have a smooth and happy experience here. We send Steve our best wishes and hope he has every success in his future endeavours.

The new owner of Hostingladder.com will be Slav Golab, He and his wife Keren will be running HostingLadder.com.

Slav and Keren have run another successful hosting company in the past and are looking forward to the challenge of continuing to grow Hostingladder.com into the well respected and professional hosting company that Steve envisaged when he first created the business.

Slav is an IT Administrator, and both he and Keren, have created and run online communities for over 7 years. They both have also owned and operated various other Businesses successfully for over 15 years.

They live in Tasmania, Australia with their young family and look forward to supporting you and growing the Hostingladder.com community..

Along with the new changes in ownership, there will also be other changes around the place, the biggest being alterations to the one monster plan and the introduction of other paid hosting accounts.

We will also be introducing over time other up and coming services / features in the future.

PLEASE DON'T PANIC: We would like to let everyone know that any changes made to our Hosting plan/s will not affect anyone who already has signed up for our Monster Plan prior to the 28th September 2008.

If you have a 'PAY to HOST' Plan, your yearly fee will remain as it is, provided your billing remains on its current reoccuring subscription.

If you are on a ‘ADS to HOST’ or 'POST to HOST' Plan you will remain on this plan provided you adhere to the terms of service.

It is important however to let you all know that there is a clause in the TOS that states that any ‘ADS to HOST’ or 'POST to HOST' Sites that either receive no hits or are not updated over a period of 60 days will be considered 'inactive' and may be removed by HostingLadder.com to make room for other users.

This means that if you are on one of our old ‘ADS to HOST' or 'POST to HOST' 'Monster plan - Three ways to pay’ and your account is removed by Hostingladder.com due to being considered ‘inactive’ and you wish to have it created again or another website set up for free with us, you will only be able to order the new ‘Free account’. This has different amounts of features than our old plan.
