• Who owns HostingLadder.com?

HostingLadder.com was founded in March 2008 and was owned by sysadmin genius Steve Gore. In September 2008 Steve decided to move on and now HostingLadder.com is owned by IT Administrator Slav Golab, who manages it with his wife Keren.

• When did HostingLadder.com commence operations?

HostingLadder.com commenced operations on the 1st March 2008.
We've been hosting many thousands of web sites since 2000 with other brands.

• What type of server will my sites be hosted on?

We host sites on premium servers, scsi disks, dual proc, dual core, bags of ram and employ hardware raid. We utilise LVM for instant backups, that do not incurr huge resource usage while backing up data.

• Where are HostingLadder.com's servers located?

• Will HostingLadder.com migrate my sites over to their server?

Sure, if your other host is running cPanel, then we can do that for you. Even free hosting accounts can be transferred, as long as your other hosts server permits the access we need to do it.

• How can I pay for my HostingLadder.com account?

We accept PayPal for Pay-To-Host plans. You can pay using a credit card with PayPal too, even if you don't have an account with them. See PayPal's web site for more details.

• Does HostingLadder.com host adult (pr0n) sites?

Ahh, no we don't host adult content. Free hosting accounts also need to comply with our advertisers terms and conditions - see the terms of service before signing up if you have any doubts about your content.

• What language does my web site have to be in?

Ads-To-Host and Post-To-Host accounts must be in English.
There is no restriction on Pay-To-Host plans regarding language.

• I signed up for a Post-To-Host or Ads-To-Host and haven't been setup, why?

You first need to make sure that you post an introduction.
All account signups are screened and require accurate details be entered when signing up.

• How long does it take to get my account setup?

Free hosting accounts

As soon as we receive your order, verfy it and you've posted an introduction, we'll set your account up. Usually within 12 hours but allow up to 24 hours after posting your introduction.

Pay-To-Host

Accounts are usually setup within a few hours of receiving and confirming your order.

• How do I get tech support?

Please read the knowledge base for how-to's, information and live flash demo's of our control panel. The support forum can be used for non sensitive support questions or log into your account control panel and log a ticket with us.

• Does HostingLadder.com provide Windows accounts?

Not at this time.
